This Public Offer Agreement is an official offer made by Individual Entrepreneur Ekaterina Viktorovna Stakhaevich, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", to conclude an agreement for temporary accommodation services under the terms and conditions set forth below.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Provider undertakes to provide temporary accommodation services, and the Guest undertakes to pay for such services according to the applicable rates.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
Acceptance of this Offer shall be deemed completed when the Guest:
4. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Reservations may be made through:
Check-in: from 2:00 PM
Check-out: until 12:00 PM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
6. CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before arrival.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, the Provider may retain the cost of the first night's stay.
7. LIABILITY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hostel property.
The Provider is not responsible for money, documents, or valuables left unattended.
8. PERSONAL DATA
The Guest agrees to the processing of personal data necessary for booking, accommodation, payment processing, and compliance with Belarusian law.
9. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Offer shall remain effective until revoked by the Provider.
All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
